4. Account Creation
(a) To access our recruitment services, both families and nannies must create an account on the Website.
(b) All users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Nannies must meet all legal requirements to work in the United Kingdom.
(c) You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.
(d) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
(e) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, or if you have failed to comply with these Terms.
5. Safeguarding and Child Protection
(a) We take child protection and safeguarding seriously. Users of our service must:

(ii) report any concerns about child welfare or safeguarding issues to the appropriate authorities and inform us of such reports where appropriate; and
(iii) understand that while we facilitate initial verification checks, families remain responsible for conducting thorough interviews and reference checks of potential nannies;
(b) Nannies understand they may be required to provide an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check as part of the recruitment process.
(c) While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of this Website and its content, we make no warranties or representations and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct or consequential loss suffered in connection with the use of this Website. We do not guarantee the suitability of any nanny or family introduced through our service, and users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
